| 摘 要： | 活塞在使用过程中,常发生气缸窜气、窜油、拉缸和环岸断裂现象,其原因与活塞在机械加工中的质量控制有密切关系,具体应注意解决加工活塞头部、裙部、销孔等时,与设备不协调所应起的误差。

| Abstract: | Pistons usually meet with the problems of blow by,oil carry-over,scuffing and in application.The quality control of the pistons'machining may have a big influence on it.When machining the piston crown,piston skirt and piston pin bore,the incoordination with the machining equipments, which may cause errors must be avoided. |
