| 摘 要： | 通过圆盘式抓棉机开松度公式的建立，讨论了抓棉小车速度、打手转速、小车下降动程等因素对开松度的影响，提出影响抓棉效果的主要因素是小车速度和下降动程；抓棉机在提高开检效果的同时要注意加强混和效果。

| Abstract: | According to the establishment of the formula about opening action degree on disk bale plucker,the influence of the plucker trolley speed,beater revolution speed and plucker trolley down travel on the opening action degree is discussed,the main influencing factors on bale opening effect are the plucker trolley speed and the plucker trolley down travel,and it must be paid attention that strengthening mixing effect besides raising opening degree. |
