摘    要:传统声疲劳分析方法要求提供宽带声激励条件下的随机疲劳S-N曲线进行寿命估算,而目前在工程应用中却出现了随机疲劳试验曲线缺少和等效随机疲劳曲线应用限制条件多的现状,这是声疲劳深入发展的一大难题。本文在文[1]的基础上,将利用Monte-Carlo伪随机模拟的方法解决上述问题,使应用常规疲劳S-N曲线成为可能,并进一步完善声疲劳寿命估算的功率谱密度法

Abstract:To estimate the sonic fatigue life by the traditional analytical ways, the S N curves of Random Mean Stress(RMS) vs. life circles under wide band noise are needed. But as a matter of fact,the cost of the experiment for stochastic fatigue curves is expensive, the applicable curves are seldom, and the equivalent curves have to be used under many limitations. So it is a difficult subject to deeply study the sonic fatigue problems. It is presented in this paper that, based on refrence,this problem can be solved by using the Monte Carlo simulation method, and the fatigue life can be estimateel by using the large amount of traditional S N curves. At this time, the PSD method for sonic fatigue analysis is further improved and completed.
