重庆某超高层建筑转换层防治质量缺陷的施工技术

本文介绍了重庆某超高层建筑转换层在施工中综合应用的多项施工技术,主要有迭合梁施工技术、高强高性能混凝土施工技术、模板及其支撑体系设计与支护技术、钢筋镦粗直螺纹连接技术、杜拉纤维添加技术、二次振捣与二次抹压收平技术、混凝土养护技术等。从而有效控制了转换层梁板裂缝、下挠、露筋、蜂窝麻面等质量缺陷的产生,达到了超高层建筑转换层无质量缺陷施工的目的。

Construction Technique of Preventing Flaw in the Transform Floor of a High Building

In this paper,several construction techniques which were used in the transformed level of Chongqing certain super high-rise building were introduced.Mainly include overlapped beam construction technique,high strength and high performance concrete construction technique,design and shoring technique of moulding board and its retaining system,screw thread joining technique of steel sheath of spear handle,adding Dura fibre technique,second time jolt ramming,concrete technique etc.All these techniques controlled the cracks,downwarping,reinforced steel exposure,the exterior alveolate etc quality defects effectively,realized the no quality defect construction goal of the transformed level of super high-rise building.
