无酸活化剂SY-1对含锡硫化矿浮选脱硫的试验研究

摘    要:对云南文山地区含锡硫化矿进行了工艺矿物学分析和浮选脱硫试验研究。含锡硫化矿中锡和硫品位分别为0.31%和2.58%,锡主要赋存于锡石中,硫主要以磁黄铁矿形式存在。在无酸活化剂SY-1用量250 g/t、丁基黄药(BX)用量150 g/t、松醇油用量40g/t的条件下,经“一粗二精二扫”的浮选闭路实验,可获得精矿硫品位26.38%、硫脱除率92.18%、锡损失率9.21%的良好浮选指标,为后续锡石的高效回收创造条件。

Abstract:Process mineralogical analysis and flotation desulphurisation tests were carried out on tin sulphide ores in Wenshan, Yunnan. The tin sulphide ore has tin and sulfur grades of 0.31% and 2.58%, respectively, with tin mostly found in cassiterite and sulfur mostly found in magnetic pyrite. The flotation closed-circuit experiment of "one coarse, two fine and two sweeps" can obtain good flotation indexes of 26.38% of concentrate sulphur grade, 92.18% of sulphur removal rate, and 9.21% of tin loss rate under the conditions of 250 g/t of acid-free activator SY-1, 150 g/t of butyl yellow, and 40 g/t of turpentine oil. This is a good indicator for the subsequent efficient recovery of cassiterite. It may set up the stage for a successful recovery of cassiterite later on.
