摘    要:板形控制的发展史:人工控制压下量分配 计算机实现人工经验的变规程轧制 CVC、PC等板形控制装备的发明及应用 解析板形理论的建立并已在中厚板轧机上应用。板形控制的难度在于现代板形理论缺轧件参数,由分析方法推导出轧件板形刚度参数计算公式,使板形理论完备化。解析板形理论消除了板形和板厚控制上的矛盾,可实现板形板厚协调控制,由在线动态压下量分配方法实现板形的向量控制。

Abstract:In this paper, the history of shape control is discussed. First, draft distribution relied on opera- tor' s experience;second, schedule changing rolling of operator experience was realized by means of computer; third, development and application of shape control equipment was discussed, such as CVC and PC and so on;last, analytic shape theory was built and applied to medium and heavy plate mill. The difficulty for shape control lie in modern shape theory lacking of rolling piece parameter. In fact, the calculation formula of rolling piece shape rigidity param- eter can be deduced by analytic method and then perfect the shape theory. The contradiction on shape and gauge con- trol can be eliminated by using analytic shape theory, and shape and gauge coordinate control will be realized, at the same time shape vector control can be realized by using on-line dynamic draft distribution method.
