稳定性二氧化氯处理氮氧化物的研究

摘    要:为了开发氮氧化物去除新技术,以稳定性二氧化氯作为氮氧化物的氧化吸收液,在填料塔中进行了气液逆流吸收操作.以盐酸萘乙二胺分光光度法作为分析手段,研究了不同因素对氮氧化物去除率的影响.研究结果表明:当填料高度大于20 cm,二氧化氯的质量浓度为0.6 g/L,pH值为3.47,且氮氧化物的质量浓度为0.188 g/L时,其去除率达到90%以上.祓差分析表明:二氧化氯的质量浓度从1.0 g/L降低到0.2 g/L,氮氧化物的去除率从94.05%降低到87.66%,是最大的影响因素;在实验条件下,氮氧化物的去除率受吸收液的pH值和填料高度的影响较小.吸收后的产物主要含HCl和HNO3,易于回收.

Abstract:In order to develop new nitrogen oxide removing technolgies,stability chlorine dioxide gas was used as nitrogen oxide absorption solution,countercurrent gasliquid absorption operation was performed in packed bed and effects of different factors on the removal rate of nitrogen oxides were investigated by naphthyl ethylenediamine hydrochloride spectrophotometry.The results show that when the filler was higher than 20 cm,the mass concentration of chlorine dioxide was 0.6 g/L,pH was 3.47 and the mass concentrat...
