基于水平集方法的医学图像分割

摘    要:针对水平集方法处理曲线拓扑结构变化能力强,但分割图像时运算效率低的情况,提出将水平集方法和快速步进法相结合应用于医学图像的分割。该方法解决了水平集方法运算效率低、快速步进法易产生过分割的问题,使得图像分割的速度得以提高,分割效果也比较理想。该方法成功的用于头骨CT图像和肝脏CT图像的分割,分割效果较好。

Abstract:Level set method can deal with the change of curve's topological structure, but its calculation load is huge. For this case, Level set method combined with fast marching method is presented to segment medical image. This method solves the problem of low efficiency of level set method and over-segmentation of fast marching method. It can improve the efficiency of segmen- tation, which also retains an ideal effect. This method has been successfully used to segment the CT image of skull bone and liver, and the effect of segmentation is good.
