摘    要:时间乘以误差绝对值积分(ITAE)的性能指标是一种具有很好工程实用性和选择性的控制系统性能评价指标。该文针对具有实参数不确定性的热工对象,基于蒙特卡罗实验原理,提出了一种PID控制系统性能比较方法。该方法利用大量随机实验,研究了几种典型的PID控制器参数整定方法如:Ziegler-Nichols方法、Chien-Hrones-Reswick方法、Cohen-Coon方法、IMC方法、IST^2E最优方法、极点配置方法、幅值相位裕量方法等。所设计的PID控制系统的ITAE性能指标通过ITAE指标对参数整定方法进行分析和选择。最后通过超临界锅炉过热汽温控制的仿真实例验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract:ITAE is an appreciation index with good practicability and selectivity. In this paper, thermal objects whose parameters vary in a definite area are considered. And a method based on Monte-Carlo simulations is proposed. Its objective is to compare the performance and robustness of the PID control systems by the ITAE index. With this method, the PID control systems tuned by well-known PID tuning methods such as Z-N, CHR, Cohen, IMC, IST2E Optimun, Pole-Assignment, and GPM for classical thermal models are discussed. The simulation result of supercritical monotube boilers?superheated steam temperature control system substantiates the validity and practicability of this method.
