主汽温模糊控制器的设计

摘    要:电厂主汽温控制对象有大惯性、长迟延、时变性的特点。为了提高火电机组的经济性和安全性,通常对主汽温控制系统提出较高的性能指标,但使用传统PID串级控制方法并不能取得更好的性能。为了改善主汽温PID控制器调节品质,运用模糊规则设计了一种新的模糊整定方法,介绍了基于MCS89C52单片机的相应硬件电路结构与软件设计。仿真结果表明,该模式在变工况时,通过在线修正控制器参数使控制系统性能指标几乎不变,对工程应用有实际意义。
