摘    要:本文主要阐述了运用“变压法”对电容器进行真空干燥浸渍处理的原理、所需的设备及真空干燥真正结束的判断依据和判断方法。“变压法”真空干燥浸渍工艺能缩短时间三分之一 ,提高了电容器的局部放电合格率 ,从而提高了产品质量 ,节省了能源。

A Novel Technology for Power Capacitor Vacuum Dry Impregnation
Abstract:The principle of using "Variable Pressure Method" on power capacitor vacuum drying impregnation treatment is explained with its necessary equipment. The criterion and method for determining completion of vacuum dry process are presented. Technology of "Variable Pressure Method" vacuum dry impregnation can shorten one third treatment time with increasing partial discharge pass rate of power capacitor to improve product quality and with lower energy consumption.
