摘    要:为降低GPF流动阻力,设计一种由圆筒状泡沫金属相互嵌套和环形导流式封堵组成的新型CN DCP(Cylinder Nested and Diversion Channel Plug type)GPF,并分析结构参数对其压降和流场特性的影响.在CN DCP GPF外径和滤芯长度一定的条件下,滤芯圆筒嵌套层数越多,压力损失也越小;嵌套层数较多时,嵌套层数的增加对压力损失的降低程度不再明显;导流封堵截面形状为半圆形或等边三角形时产生的压力损失更小,同时半圆形截面导流封堵对滤芯内部流场均匀性指数的提高程度更大.

Abstract:To reduce the flow resistance of GPF, a kind of CN DCP(Cylinder Nested and Diversion Channel Plug type) GPF is designed, which is composed of nested foam metal cylinder and annular diversion channel plug type. The effect of structure parameters on pressure drop and flow field characteristics is analyzed. In the conditions of constant CN DCP GPF diameter and filter element length, with the increase of nested layer number, the pressure lose gradually reduces, but the reduction is no longer obvious when the filter element is composed of a certain number of layers; if the diversion channel plug cross section is semicircle or equilateral triangle, the pressure lose is lower, and the semicircle diversion plug has a higher improvement on the flow uniformity index for the internal field of filter element.
