| 摘 要： | 对工程项目施工管理过程中存在的各种风险进行了分析,从降低、规避、分散和化解风险的措施方面进行了论述,提出了模糊综合评价的方法,并对模糊综合评价方法和步骤进行了研究,解决了提高施工阶段风险管理水平,建立施工风险管理预案的理论问题。

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes various risks existing in engineering project construction management,discusses various measures including reducing,avoiding,dispersing,and solving risk,puts forward comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,and studies the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method and procedures.As a result,it solves theoretical problems including improving risk management level at construction phase and establishing construction risk management preparation. |
