摘    要:采用高温催化氧化法测定了岩溶区土壤中溶解性有机碳(DOC),研究了提取过程中的相关参数对DOC测定的影响。首先用超纯水对新鲜采集的土壤样品进行振荡提取5 h,快速离心20 min后采用孔径为0.45μm的微孔滤膜对提取液进行抽滤,最后用Multi 3100 N/C多功能分析仪测定了提取液中的含碳量。

Abstract:A protocol for determination of dissolved organic carbon(DOC) in karst soil based on a technology of High Temperature Catalytic Oxidation method was proposed.And affects of the related parameters during extraction process for determination of DOC were discussed.After mechanical shaking extraction of fresh collected soil samples with pure water for 5 h,the extract was filtrated by polyester membrane(0.45 μm Aperture) after rapid centrifugation for 20 min.And then the carbon content in filtrate was determined by Multi 3100 N/C multi-analyzer.
