| Abstract: | Taking the north extended project of west third ring road in Zhengzhou city as an example,combining with self working experience,this thesis explores the formulation methods of construction scheme of BT investment and financing mode,and respectively describes investor＇s conditions and capacities,contractors＇ rights and responsibilities,project bonus,quality,and schedule monitoring measures and so on,with a view to guide the formulation of construction scheme of BT project in future. |
