摘    要:采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定阿胶补血胶囊中铁的含量。建立了分析测定的仪器优化条件,并对可能存在的元素进行了干扰实验。该方法的回收率为97.2%~103.0%,RSD在2.3%-3.2%。方法快速、灵敏、准确,有实用价值。

Abstract:The content of iron in Ajiao - Buxie - Capsule was determined by air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimum determination conditions were optimized and the test for the interferential elements that proba- bly existed was conducted. The respective recovery rate was 97.2% -103.0%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.3% ~3.2%. The proposed method was easy, rapid and sensitive.
