| 摘 要： | 当生产装置发生异常,特别是大型机组出现故障停机时,炼油厂为避免瓦斯气对气柜造成冲击,大量瓦斯直接引入火炬燃放,造成石油资源的极大浪费。本文介紹了武汉分公司通过改进相关岗位操作,对异常情况瓦斯气体进行合理的回收和利用,提高了综合商品收率,同时降低了瓦斯燃放对大气环境的污染。

| Abstract: | When the production units were abnormal,especially large units occurred downtime,to avoid impacting of gas to the gas holder,lots of gas was directly introduced into the torch and vent.This causes enormoused oil resources waste.By improving related operation,the abnormal condition gas was reasonable recovered and utilized in Wuhan Company.The comprehensive commodity yield was improved.At the same time,the pollution of the venting gas on atmospheric environment was reduced. |
