| 摘 要： | 对城中村的形成原因进行了分析,指出了城中村存在的消防安全问题和治理困境,提出了消防安全管理对策,包括科学规划建设城中村,建立建全相关制度,广泛开展宣传教育等,以期从整体上提高城中村抵御火灾的能力。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the urban villages,points out the fire safety issue and the treatment plight in the urban villages,and illustrates the management strategies for the fire safety,including the scientific planning for the construction of the urban villages,the establishment of the relative regulations,and the implementation of the publicity and education,so as to improve the capacity of the urban villages against the fire accidents. |
