铌酸钙锶铋的制备及其发光性能的研究

摘    要:采用高温固相法制备荧光材料CaSrNb2O6:Bi3+,其中Bi3+的最佳掺杂浓度是0.2%,Sr2+的最佳掺杂浓度为0.8%,样品的最宜煅烧温度为1300℃,最佳保温时间为1.5 h,用XRD,SEM以及荧光光谱等手段对所合成的荧光粉进行了表征。结果表明,样品在近紫外光315 nm激发下,产生位于350~600 nm的宽带发射峰。

Abstract:The fluorescent material CaSrNb2O6:Bi3+ was synthesized by high temperature solid state method.The best doping concentration of Bi3+ was 0.2%,the best doping concentration of Sr2+ was 0.8%,the most appropriate calcining temperature was 1300 ℃,and the best holding time was 1.5 h,and its luminescent properties were characterized by XRD,SEM,and PL methods.It was indicated that the fluorescent powders CaSrNb2O6:Bi3+ exhibited emission bands from 350~600 nm under excitation of 315 nm.
