加强建筑施工现场管理之我见

结合自身工作经验,从思想建设,体制制度,精神文明建设等方面探讨了如何加强建筑施工现场管理,指出应提高管理者思想认识水平、加强管理人员主人翁思想、重视管理体制和制度建设,搞好工地精神文明建设。

Strengthen the architecture construction site management

Combining with own work experience,from the ideological construction,organization institution,spiritual civilization construction and other aspects,this paper discussed how to strengthen the architecture construction site management,pointed out that we should improve the ideological cognitive level of supervisors,strengthened the masters thought of management personnels,paid attention to management organization and institution construction,done well the spiritual civilization construction.
