工业甲醛气相色谱分析方法改进

摘    要:建立了工业甲醛中甲醛和甲醇含量测定的气相色谱分析方法,通过实验优化得到稳定的工业甲醛色谱分析条件,实验中对比了工业甲醛色谱分析法改进前后与国标滴定分析之间系统误差,改进后色谱分析法明显缩短了分析时间,提高了分析的准确度和精密度。

Abstract:Gas chromatography method for determination of formaldehyde and methanol content in industrial formaldegyde was set up.The stable analytical conditions were obtained by optimal experiment,and system error was also compared through gas chromatography and titration analysis.Analysis time was saved obviously by using improved GC method,and accuracy and precision were also improved clearly.
