摘    要:硫磺回收装置的腐蚀是炼油企业面临的普遍性问题,文章探讨了硫磺回收装置中存在的高温硫腐蚀、氢腐蚀、低温H2S腐蚀、低温SO,露点腐蚀、低温SO:露点腐蚀、RNH:(乙醇胺)-CO2-H2S—H2O腐蚀等主要的腐蚀形态,并分析了各种腐蚀形态对应的腐蚀机理,且在工艺和设备方面提出了有针对性的防腐蚀措施。

Abstract:Like many refining erterpreises, corrosion in sulfur recovery was an universal problem that the refineries must faced. The main corrosion forms in sulfur recovery facility such as high temperature sulfur corrosion, hydrogen corro- sion, low temperature corrosion of low temperature dew point corrosion of H2S, SO3, SO2, RNH2 (ethanol) -CO2 -H2S -H2O corrosion were discussed, and corresponding mechanisms of the corrosions were analyzed, at the last, specific measures were put forward for corrosion protection in the aspects of process and equipment.
