我国与国外节能型建筑评估体系对比研究

通过对国内外节能型建筑发展以及评估体系构成、系统评价内容,以及发展现状进行概述,对国外应用较多的评价体系机制和我国现有＂绿色执行标准＂进行对比分析,进而提出我国对构建节能型建筑综合评价体系应用的可参性。

Research on comparison of evaluation system of energy-saving building in China and foreign countries

The paper surveys the development of the energy-saving architectural development in foreign countries,the components of evaluation system,the systematic evaluation contents,and the development survey,compares and analyzes the commonly used evaluation system and the current ＂Green Execution Standard＂ in China,and points out the reference of the application of the comprehensive evaluation system of the energy-saving buildings in China.
