| 摘 要： | 结合农用地征收价格评估存在低估土地价格的问题,对农用地征收价格评估中外部性影响的规律进行了分析,阐述了农用地征收价格评估经常忽视的产权影响因素、产权主体因素,探讨了外部性影响在农用地征收价格评估中内部处理的方法,并提出相应的改进建议。
