| 摘 要： | 单克隆抗体药在所有医药生物技术产品中很重要。目前单克隆抗体药物主要用于治疗肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病和感染性疾病,尤其在癌症治疗方面疗效突出。本文结合当前单克隆抗体技术的发展状况,重点论述了兔单克隆抗体技术的发展状况、技术优势及研究进展,并展望了兔单克隆抗体在临床诊断和治疗方面的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The monoclonal antibody drugs are of great importance in all the pharmaceutical biotechnology products.The monoclonal antibody drugs can be used to treat cancer,autoimmune diseases and infectious diseases,especially with an excellent effect on cancer.This paper emphasizes the development of rabbit monoclonal antibody technology,technical superiority and progress in research,and looks into the future of rabbit monoclonal antibodies in clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
