中药离子导入联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗老年膝关节骨关节炎的临床观察

目的观察中药离子导入联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将84例老年膝关节骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组采用口服药物治疗每天3次,1月为1疗程;观察组采用口服药物,方法同对照组,中药离子导入外用每日1次,每次30 min,1月为1疗程,玻璃酸钠注射每周1次,4周为1疗程。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗2个疗程,总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药离子导入外用联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎有显著疗效。

Clinical Observation of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Ion Import Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal ion import combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Eighty-four elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The each group had 42 patients.The control group was treated with oral medication three times a day for a month as a course of treatment.Observation group was treated with oral medication as same as control group,combined with herbal ion import once a day for a month as a course of treatment and injection of sodium hyaluronate once a week for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The clinical curative effect was compared between two groups.Results After two courses of treatment,there was statistically significant difference in total curative effect between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Herbal ion import combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate can exert a significant effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
