串叶松香草水提液的体外抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:目的测定串叶松香草水提液中抗氧化成分含量及活性。方法选用串叶松香草干叶,通过单因素试验,分别从浸提pH、料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间及搅拌条件等方面确定最佳提取条件,测定串叶松香草水提液中抗氧化成分含量,并研究体外抗氧化活性。结果串叶松香草水提液中主要含超氧化物歧化酶、黄酮化合物、多酚化合物和维生素C,含量分别为232.91 U/g,7.9 mg/g,3.84 mg/g,1.26 mg/g。结论串叶松香草水提液有较强的清除羟自由基.OH和DPPH.自由基的能力,且在一定范围内,清除效果随质量浓度的升高而加强。

Abstract:Objective To determine the content and activity of antioxidant in the water extract from Silphium perfolium L.Methods The dry leaves of Silphium perfolium L.were chosen.Through the single factor experiment,the optimal extraction conditions were determined in the aspects of soaking pH,material-liquid ratio,soaking temperature,soaking time and stirring conditions.The content of antioxidant in the water extract was determined and the antioxidant activity was investigated in vitro.Results The main antioxidant compositions of the water extract from Silphium perfolium L.were superoxide dismutase(SOD),flavonoids,polyphenols and vitamin C,the contents of which were 232.91 U/g,7.9 mg/g,3.84 mg/g,1.26 mg/g,respectively.Conclusion The water extract from Silphium perfolium L.can have strong scavenging ability to ·OH and DPPH· free radicals,and in a certain range,the scavenging effect can be strengthened with the increase of concentration.
