摘    要:主要介绍了在氯苯中有催化剂存在的条件下 ,以促进剂M( 2 -巯基苯并噻唑 )为母体 ,以氯化亚砜作氯化剂合成 2 -氯代苯并噻唑的工艺方法。并通过大量实验考察了物料配比 (促进剂M :氯化亚砜 )、滴加时间 (氯化亚砜 )、催化剂用量以及滴加温度对反应的影响。经结果分析和数据对比确定了最佳工艺条件。产品含量 95 %以上 ,收率可达 90 %。

Abstract:The technological method to synthesize 2-chlorobenzothiazole under the condition of existing catalyst in chlorobenzene using promoter M (dithiobis) as main component and sulphone chloride as chlorinating agent was introduced. the effect of compounding proportion of the used materials (promoter M: sulphone chloride), dropping time (sulphone chloride), promoter's dosage and the dropping temperature on the reaction was discussed. According to the result analysis and the data comparison, the best technological condition was determined. The product content reached 95 % or more; yield reached 90 %.
