| Abstract: | The related concept of engineering changes in highway engineering construction implementing process was introduced,the treating procedure of Hang-Qian express highway implementing process engineering changes,engineering changes estimation procedure and method,engineering changes payment were illustrated,so as to control engineering cost effectively and enhance engineering economical efficiency. |
