| 摘 要： | 本文针对激光加工大功率激光光束光斑质量诊断的要求，对热电探测器的响应时间、增益和信噪进行了分析，设计了一种新的光电转换电路，实现了对大功率激光功率分布的检测。此光电转换电路适于采用热释电探测器需快速响应。

| Abstract: | According to the requirement of high p ower laser beams/focus diagnostic instrument for measuring laser transverse int ensity distribution,the response time,gain and SNR of pyroelectric detector is d iscussed,a novel photoelectric transformation circuit is designed.The measuring of high power laser beams by this system is realized.The photoelectric transform ation circuit can be applied for quick-response of pyroelectric detector. |
