摘    要:从研究铝壳电动机的结构特点出发,从转子径向电磁力、共振和定子变形三方面分析了电磁噪声产生的原因,采用降低气隙磁密、加均压线、改进工艺等措施治理铝壳电动机电磁噪声,经生产实践证明有效降低了噪声,提高了铝壳电动机的制造质量.

Magnetic Noise Control of Aluminum Housing Electromotor
Abstract:According to the specialty of the aluminum housing electromotor,the reason to produce magnetic noise was analyzed from three aspects of rotor radial magnetic force, resonance and stator distortion.The magnetic noise was dealt with by reducing air gap field density, adding equality voltage wire,improving technique and with other measures.The practice proves that the noise is reduced effectively and the quality of the motor is improved.
