| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着各种大型CAD／CAM软件的开发和推广，使得数控加工的实现更加方便。美国CNC Software公司开发的MasterCam系统，是许多工业大国都采用的设计和加工制造标准．它可轻松实现工件的二维图形和三维曲面没计以及实体造型，创建精确的刀具路径，生成数控加上程序，并能够进行仿真模拟加工。与其它工程软件相比，MasterCam在模具设计和3～5轴数控加工中有其独到之处，

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the application of MasterCAM Lathe onprogramming for parts manufacture by an example. Rough of parts isdetermined by outline drawing, the tool route and each manufacturingparameter are setup, tool route and manufacture is simulated. Finally,NC program code used for numerical control manufacture is directlyproduced. |
