摘    要:根据三辊轧管变形的特点,分析了三辊轧管辊形在变形区各段对荒管内扩径值的影响,并进行了实验论证,提出了轧辊台肩和辗轧带母线与出口锥母线的夹角是影响轧后荒管内扩径值的主要因素。

Abstract:The effects of the roll configuration of the 3-roll pipe rolling at all stages of the deformation zone on the shell inside diameter expansion value are analyzed based on the deformation features of the 3-roll pipe rolling and verified with experiments. It is pointed out that the angle between the axis of the roll shoulder and tube rolling and the axis of the outlet cone is the main factor that affects the inside diameter expansion value of rolled pipes.
