| 摘 要： | 介绍了重庆市单轨交通系统中采用的JQ60型架桥机结构形式和架设工艺流程与YL60型运梁车作业工艺流程,并阐述了在PC轨道梁安装过程中应重点做好锚固螺栓、支座抗剪榫锲紧块、支座活动端齿形定位板及指形板安装等工序的工作,以完善PC轨道梁安装工艺。

| Abstract: | It introduces structural type and erection flow of JQ60 bridge girder erection machine and work flow of YL60 beam carrier,both adopted in Chongqing monorail traffic system,and details the major works to be executed during erection of PC track beam,including installation of anchoring bolt,support shear-resistant tenon heel block,support movable and tooth positioning plate and finger plate,so as to prefect construction technique PC track beam. |
