阻燃热塑性聚酯弹性体的热降解动力学研究

摘    要:采用阻燃剂与单体共聚合成阻燃共聚热塑性聚酯弹性体(FR-TPEE),对FR-TPEE进行热失重分析,并采用Kissinger法,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Coats-Redfern法对FR-TPEE热降解动力学进行研究。结果表明:FR-TPEE热降解过程分3个阶段,Kissinger法计算其活化能偏小,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Coats-Redfern方法不适用于处理FR-TPEE热降解第三阶段。Coats-Redfern方法得知FR-TPEE第一阶段的降解机理是相界面控制反应机理,第二阶段是一维扩散机理。

Abstract:The flame retardant thermoplastic polyester elastomer (FR-TPEE) was synthesized from the flame retardant and monomers.The thermogravimetric analysis was conducted for FR-TPEE.The kinetics of thermal degradation of FR-TPEE was studied by Kissinger,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and Coats-Redfern methods.The results showed that the thermal degradation of FR- TPEE can be divided into three stages.The activation energy calculated by Kissinger method was relatively low.The Flynn-Wall- Ozawa and Coats-Redfern methods were not suitable for the third stage of thermal degradation.The degradation mechanisms of the first and second stages determined by Coats-Redfern method were phase interface control reaction mechanism and diffusion mecha- nism respectively.
