汽车刮水器铝合金铆钉的非阳极氧化着色研究

摘    要:本文研究了铝合金小零件非阳极氧化着色方法(化学转化法)。试图通过化学着色处理来替代不适于批量铝合金小零件阳极氧化的表面着色方法。研究结果表明,所研制的工艺配方具有节能、操作简单、价廉、适合批量生产且着色膜颜色纯正、一致、重现性好的特点,具有较强的学术研究价值和生产应用价值。

Abstract:This article studied the non-anodic oxidation coloring method (chemical conversion method) of aluminum alloy small components . Attempts to substitute the surface coloring method of anodic oxidation through chemical coloration. The findings indicated,to develops the craft formula has these characteristics of the energy conservation, the simplicity of operator, low-priced, the suitablity of mass-produee, and the colored membrane that is pure, consistent, good quality for reproduction. There is the strong academic research value and the application value in production.
