| 摘 要： | 根据时间序列分析方法建模,利用《统计年鉴》的数据,通过SPSS 10．0计算并输出结果,对固定资产投资的历史数据进行了分析,找出固定资产投资自身的发展变化规律,预测了北京市近期固定资产的投资规模。

| Abstract: | By use of the data from "Statistics Yearbook" of recent years, the mathematical model was established on the basis of random process analysis method, which would be used to analyze the fixed asset investment amount of Beijing. Through the analysis of historical data of investment scale, the future investment tendency of Beijing fixed asset was forecasted. |
