摘    要:半导体量子点太阳电池目前是一个十分热门的研究领域,在未来新能源利用领域具有潜在的应用价值。首先,介绍了几种量子点敏化电极的制备技术。然后,着重评述了CdS,CdSe和PdS量子点敏化太阳电池近年的研究进展。通过对大量最新的相关文献进行总结发现,电池的性能主要受量子点的组装技术、能带结构以及基体材料等因素的影响。最后,分析了该领域中目前存在的问题,并提出了今后研究的对策,包括采用两种量子点共敏化方法以提高光俘获效率,采用沉积钝化层的方法以降低载流子复合。

Abstract:Solar cells receive much attention as a hot research aera,which exhibits promising application value in the field of new energy in future.Firstly,several techniques for the preparation of quantum dot sensitized electrodes are introduced.Then,recent research progresses on the CdS,CdSe and PbS sensitized solar cells are emphatically reviewed.Through the review on a great number of latest related papers,it is found that the cell performance mainly depends on the assembly technology,band structure,substrate materials and other factors of quantum dots.Finally,current problems in the field are analysed,and a few solution methods are proposed.The solution includes the co-sensitization for two kinds of quantum dots to improve the light harvesting efficiency and the deposition of passivation layers to suppress the recombination rate of the carriers.
