摘    要:为了研究硫酸盐灰分不同的柴油发动机润滑油对装配DPF后处理系统的发动机排放性能的影响,分别使用润滑油CI-4和CJ-4对两套DPF系统进行耐久性测试、发动机稳态和瞬态排放测试。试验结果表明:DPF系统能大幅度降低PM、HC、CO的排放;高灰分的润滑油会在一定程度上引起DPF过滤效率升高,但是其在DPF系统的灰分沉积会造成发动机的排气背压升高、DPF使用寿命缩短等问题。

Abstract:To learn the impact of different diesel engine oils on the emission of diesel engines with diesel particulate filter ( DPF), durability tests using the two engine oils of CI -4 and CJ -4 were conducted in the same two DPF systems respectively, together with European steady - state cycle(ESC) and European transient cycle (ETC) emission tests. The test resuits showed that emission of PM, HC and CO could be reduced dramatically by usage of DPF. The engine oil CI -4 with higher sulfated ash level may bring higher filtration efficiency to some extent, while the more ash deposited in DPF will cause higher exhaust gas pressure drop which may damage and shorten the DPF life.
