内燃机配气凸轮和喷油泵凸轮数控磨削时的曲线拟合

摘    要:本文对凸轮数控磨床上加工内燃机凸轮,建立了一种通用的曲线拟合方法,求得凸轮曲线方程。当已知凸轮升程表时,即可以拟合非递增的或递增的幂指数多项式,以及三角函数、指数函数等曲线,升程拟合曲线的精度可以达到10~(-4)mm以上,能够满足各种配气凸轮和喷油泵凸轮曲线拟合的需要。

Abstract:It is desirable to know the cam curve equation during numeri-cal-control grinding the cam of internal combustion engines. A general methodfor curve fitting was established in this paper. This method can fit such camcurve as polynomial function with non-progressively or progressively increasingexponent, trigonometrical function, exponential function, etc., as soon as thecam lift table is given. The accuracy of lift curve fitting is up to 10~(-4)mm leveland over, this can meet the needs of the verious cam curve fitting for valve gearmechanism and injection pump.
