| 摘 要： | 针对新型微发泡仿木塑料(称为PS101压线),阐述了其生产开发的技术关键,指出采用吸热型发泡剂及自行设计的FRSJ60/30单螺杆挤出机是主要关键,选择合适的温度、压力和剪切速率等加工条件也十分重要。

| Abstract: | The technological key points of development on novel imitation wood microfoamed plastics named PS101 were described. It is pointed out that the use of endothermic foaming agent and FRSJ60/30 single screw extruder made in China is the key point, and the right processing conditions such as temperature, pressure and shearing rate are also very important. |
