果蔬保鲜膜的研制

摘    要:较系统地研究了水果和蔬菜(简称果蔬)的生理特征、保鲜机理和塑料薄膜保鲜技术和配方。结果表明,以LDPE和FVA(乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物)混合物为基础树脂的塑料保鲜膜可以延缓果蔬衰老、降低失重率、延长果蔬贮藏期、维持良好的贮藏质量和降低果蔬的变质率。

Abstract:The physiological characteristics of fruits and vegetables, fresh keeping mechanism, fresh keeping technology and formula of plastics film were systematically studied. The result showed that the fresh keeping film using LDPE and EVA as base material could delay senility, decline weight loss of fruits and vegetables, prolong storage life, maintain better flavour and appearance and reduce the rot rate.
