挤出机螺棱间隙内温度分布的近似解析解及最高温度计算

摘    要:导出了挤出机螺棱间隙内温度分布的近似解析解,并由此计算和比较了在不同情况下的温度分布和最高温度。结果表明:各有关参数对温度分布和最高温度的影响都可以反映到无量纲数G,C和Br对它们的影响中。建议以最高温度作为判断熔体是否会在间隙中发生热降解的定量指标,因此对如何在工程实际中避免这一不利现象具有指导意义。

Abstract:An approximate analytic expression of the temperature distribution (TD) in the flightgap of a screw extruder was worked out. Accordingly the TD and the highest temperature(HT) werecalculated and compared under various conditions. All the influences of the relevant factors on TD andHT can be included in those of three dimensionless parameter grouch, G,-C, and Br,on TD and HT.It is suggested that HT be taken as a quantitative measure of the POSSibility of the thermal decomposition of the polymer melt in the flight gap. Therefore some ways will be found to eliminate that unfavourable event.
