基础大体积混凝土裂缝的控制

摘    要:混凝土裂缝的控制是基础大体积混凝土施工的重点.在施工中除对混凝土的原材料选择严格控制外,还可采取以下预控措施:控制骨料温度、入模温度和浇筑温度;采取设置后浇带、设置膨胀混凝土加强带及增设滑动层的做法,以降低混凝土的内外约束力;还可采取增加构造配筋、二次振捣等方法,以提高基础大体积混凝土本身的抗极限拉伸能力.

Abstract:Control of cracking of mass concrete foundations during construction is the key of mass concrete construction.In construction the selection of raw materials for concrete should be control strictly.In order to reduce internal and external binding forces in the process of construction we can adopt pre-control measures such as controlling aggregate temperature,molding temperature and placement temperature,arranging late poured band,reinforcing band with expansive concrete and extension sliding layer.To improve ultimate tensile capacity of the mass concrete foundation we can use methods such as increasing structural reinforcement,secondary ramming and vibrating and so on.
