市域城镇生态环境矛盾分析与对策研究

以较具代表性的中小城市城镇化进程中的生态环境问题为研究对象,分析了市域生态系统的构成和特点,提出以城镇为主导的生态分区分类模式。通过敏感性分析,指出城镇生态区是区域生态系统中生态环境矛盾最尖锐的地区,是整个区域生态环境保护的重点和控制重点。通过考察湖北省内较典型的当阳等城市的生态环境状况,揭示出市域城镇化进程中较为共性的生态环境问题,提出了保护城镇生态环境的原则和对策,以及相关生态区相应的保护对策,以期构筑一个系统全面的城镇生态环境安全保障体系。

ANALYSIS ON THE CONFLICT IN THE TOWN ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT AND RESEARCH OF ITS SOLUTION

This paper researches the problems inecological environment in the process of the urbaniza-tion of small-medium cities. By analyzing the consti-tution and feature of regional ecological system, it of-fers a town-directed ecological dividing mode. Througha sensitive analysis it concludes that town ecologicalarea is the place where most conflicts arise in the re-gional ecological system, which is the focus in the pro-tection of regional ecological environment. In a casestudy in Hubei province, it reveals the common prob-lems in ecological environment in the urbanization, andpresents three principles and twelve countermeasuresfor the protection of town ecological environment.
