环境自然风对直接空冷系统的影响及预防措施

摘    要:直接空冷系统与间接空冷系统相比,具有系统简单,初投资较低,占地面积小,防冻手段灵活有效的优点。但系统性能对环境自然风的影响比较敏感。在夏季高气温、高负荷时,不乏因大风导致机组来不及调节而掉闸的现象。根据国电电力大同第二发电厂二期扩建工程直接空冷系统的设计和运行实践,对大风影响直接空冷系统性能的机理作出分析,并介绍在工程实践中采取的技术措施。

Abstract:Comparing to indirect through air cooling system, the direct through air-cooling system is of simple system,low primary investment,small occupation,flexible measures for anti-freezing,etc..However its performance is relatively sensitive to the influence of the environmental natural wind.During high temperature and load in summer season the case that the big wind results in trip of unit from non regulation of unit is not the seldom phenomena.The author analyzes the mechanism of the big wind influencing on the performance of the direct-through air-cooling system and introduces the technical measures taken in the practice according to practical design and operation of direct-through air-cooling system expanded project in SG Datong No.2 Power Plant,phase II.
