| Abstract: | This paper discusses the problems existing in the group personnel training centre. It advances the view of group development with science and technology and it also puts forward some measures of going to ordinary workers, making investigations, building personnel training system, strengthening management, improving authority and teaching personnel, teaching according to demands etc. in practice. |
