基于相关性分析的微网分布式电源能量管理建模与仿真

摘    要:为确保微电网安全、稳定运行,提高能源利用率,研究了基于相关性分析的微网分布式电源能量管理协调控制方法。根据微网能量管理系统特点,以确保符合电能质量标准的微网功率平衡、电压频率稳定、实现级别高负荷优先供电为控制目标,以满足微电源和储能装置功率需求为约束条件,构建了微网分布式电源能量管理模型。在此基础上,通过负荷Agent控制策略,基于微网分布式电源、线损及负荷间的有功功率相关性分析,合理配置微电网能量,实现微网分布式电源能量管理。算例仿真结果表明:所提管理控制方法可以显著降低用户运行成本,确保光伏发电和风力发电维持最大输出功率,保证微网频率和电压的波动符合国家标准偏差,其中电压波动幅度小于5%,稳定性极佳。

Abstract:To ensure the safe and stable operation of micro-grid and improve its energy utilization, a coordinated control method for the energy management of micro-grid distributed generation based on correlation analysis is studied. According to the characteristics of micro-grid energy management system, to ensure the control objectives of micro-grid power balance, voltage frequency stability and high-level load priority power supply which are in line with the power quality standard, an energy management model of micro-grid distributed generation is constructed with the constraint condition of satisfying the power requirements of micro-grid and energy storage devices. On this basis, through the control strategy for load agent, the micro-grid energy can be rationally allocated based on the correlation analysis of micro-grid distributed generation, line loss and active power among loads, thus achieving the energy management of micro-grid distributed generation. The simulation results of an example show that the proposed management control method can significantly reduce the user''s operating costs, ensure the maximum output power of photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation, and ensure that the fluctuation frequency and voltage of micro-grid agree with the national standard deviation, in which the voltage fluctuation amplitude is less than 5% and the stability is excellent.
