平面磨削中金刚石砂轮有效磨粒数的研究

摘    要:采用4个不同排布方式的钎焊金刚石砂轮和1个电镀金刚石砂轮磨削天然黑色花岗石,用薄片热电偶检测磨削弧区温度信号,同时测量了磨床主轴的功率。通过分析温度信号中高频热脉冲的个数,确定金刚石砂轮实际参与磨削的磨粒数量和有效磨粒比,并计算出磨削过程中单颗金刚石磨粒的实际最大切削厚度及其消耗的切削功率。

Abstract:Natural black granite was ground by using an electroplated diamond wheel and brazed monolayer diamond wheels, on which diamonds were distributed in four different modes. The temperature responses at contact zone were measured by sheet therrnocouples and the spindle power was also monitored in grinding process. The number of active grains and the ratio of active grain number to total grain number were determined by counting the number of high frequency impulses on measured temperature signals. Then the maximum grain depth of cut taken by single diamond grain and the power consumed by single diamond grain in surface grinding were calculated.
