催化加氢法合成芳磺酸氨基化合物

摘    要:阐述了W-2型兰尼镍催化剂在芳磺酸硝基化合物催化加氢还原制备芳磺酸氨基化合物中的应用。以间硝基苯磺酸的催化加氢反应为例进行试验,结果表明,在反应温度80~100℃、反应压力1MPa、反应时间3h的条件下,间氨基苯磺酸产品的含量为99%,收率可达99%以上,催化剂可以连续循环使用20次。

Abstract:The application of W-2 Raney Ni in the catalytic hydrogenation of nitroarylsulfonic acid to prepare aminoarylsulfonic acid was described.Based on the experiments of the catalytic hydrogenation of m-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid,the results showed that,on the condition of reaction temperature of 80~100℃,pressure of 1MPa and reaction time of 3 hours,the content of m-aminoarylsulfonic acid achieved 99%,and the yield was up to 99% .The catalyst could be continuously reused for 20 times.
